Colony Records & Public Notices
Issued every 30 simulated days, each looking back over the last 30 days, and written ahead so a finished issue is always waiting. The news comes from the colony's own events; the sections below it are plain facts taken from its daily records, each with its source. A Corrupt or Negligent administration -- or one hiding a crisis -- withholds unwelcome facts: the printed edition then carries the official line with no source, and "Show what was cut" reveals the record underneath.
